A DECC consultation regarding the use of bespoke evidence to comply with the Land Criteria has been released. They are seeking feedback on how appropriate the guidance is and inviting ideas about how to improve it. DECC’s Summary

This guidance supports the Timber Standard in interpreting how to comply with the Sustainable Forest Management Criteria under the Renewable Heat Incentive (RHI), Renewables Obligation (RO) and Contracts for Difference schemes.

The consultation closes at 11:45pm 26 September 2014.
